Baked Oats

I ended up making these with leftover ingredients from the fridge. Personally, I don’t like steel-cut oats, but the only way I could eat them was to bake them in this! I do prefer the version with flaked oats.
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups oats
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground flax
pinch salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Add to an 8 by 8 ungreased baking dish
Bake for 40 minutes
Allow to cool and cut into large squares, each a serving for breakfast with fruits
