Vintage Teacup Lamps
I have always adored lamps. It is more of an obsession for as long as I can remember. Always admiring the shade, she shape, the material, and the stand. I particularly enjoy visiting stores dedicated to lights and spend a long time browsing the lamp section of any home decor store. There’s this one particular scene from the Red Hot Chili Peppers music video called Can’t Stop that I loved as soon as I saw - the video is filled with art installations and one of them is all about lamps!
Anyway, enough rambling about lamps…I’ve collected quite a few, given many away…and finally decided to make some myself using old vintage teacups, teapots, saucers, whatever I can find. I absolutely love making them and can offer custom made lamps for sale, for anyone that is interested. In the meantime, have a look through the homemade lamps in my apartment…
