Homemade dark chocolate
You can easily adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener of your choice.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil (you can also use coconut butter/manna but be sure to add some coconut oil to ensure it blends well)
1 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Method:
Melt the cocoa powder with the coconut manna and oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals stirring in between
Add sweetener of choice
Pour into molds and freeze for at least an hour
Transfer to a glass jar and store in the freezer
