Homemade dark chocolate

 
You can easily adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil (you can also use coconut butter/manna but be sure to add some coconut oil to ensure it blends well)

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey

 
 

Method:

  1. Melt the cocoa powder with the coconut manna and oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals stirring in between

  2. Add sweetener of choice

  3. Pour into molds and freeze for at least an hour

  4. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the freezer
