Banana Spinach Smoothie
This is my go to smoothie. You can add or omit the peanut butter or substitute with other fruits as well.
Ingredients:
1 banana - fresh or frozen
1 cup liquid
1/2 cup milk of choice (I use coconut milk)
1/2 cup water
1-2 handfuls of raw spinach
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter (you can use regular or powdered)
pinch cinnamon
Method:
Add the liquid and spinach to a high powered blender and blend for 20 seconds. I use a Vitamix.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cut up banana into 3-4 pieces.
Blend all ingredients
